‘Jesus answered and said unto him, If a person loves me, they will keep my words: and my Father will love them, and we (the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) will come unto them, and make our home/abode with them.’ John 14:23
Remember, where you are, that’s church. That’s ekklesia. Go with God (the Godhead) into your world and seek to attract others into the same wonderful fellowship you enjoy with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
What is ‘church’? Church is people who are called out of the world and into living, daily, moment-by-moment fellowship with Adonai Elohim –lit the Lord who is the plural God (The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit), the one who became Emmanuel, the God-man whose name is Yeshua HaMashiac (Jesus the Messiah) 2Cor 5:19. This is Colossians 1:27, ‘Christ (the anointed one) IN YOU the hope of glory’. That’s why each of us are called to be the apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd/teacher in our world. Some may have a special emphasis in certain areas, but because Jesus is the Apostle, the Prophet, the Evangelist, and the Shepherd/Teacher, and He lives in YOU, you can be Christ to your world. We are ‘bone of His bone, and flesh of His flesh’. We are His Body on earth. Ephesians 5:30. We are the anointed ones (the Christians, the Christ-ones) in our world because He lives in us.
Each time we gather we do so to share, encourage, and testify to this great adventure
