Recently I watched a lengthy presentation by an Australian speaker explaining why we must obey the Mosaic Law, and in particular, the 4th Commandment to 'Remember the Sabbath Day and keep it holy'. My reflections are available by clicking the link at the bottom of this page that will take you to our Dropbox Folder and downloading the article with the title of this post. While I find myself with the exact opposite point of view to the speaker, this should not be taken to imply that I am thereby a 'Sunday' keeper -I.e. there are, we can say, 'Sunday keepers' and 'Sabbath keepers' among the ranks of those who claim to be followers of the Lord Jesus. I do not place any significance upon any particular day. I leave you to read my article to find out why. However, I do, most emphatically believe that Bible believing followers of Jeshua Ha Mashica, Jesus the Messiah, need to fellowship together -and often. If you love the Lord, you will love the brotherhood and the sisterhood -the Body of Christ. If you do, you will want, need, desire, to fellowship as often as you possibly can. You will be addicted to fellowship, because that's where you meet with the Lord, the Head of the ecclesia, the body, as you share and commune with one another. But then, if you visit this site from time to time you will know what we mean by that -we call it 'simple church'. Praise the Lord! God Bless you, John

AuthorI trust these articles will bless and encourage the reader. They will usually consist of the fortnightly article I write in our E-Newsletter to those who gather for fellowship in Melville, Hamilton, New Zealand. However, from time to time I will post other articles and thoughts as occasion and inspiration may serve. Please feel free to comment or add your thoughts. Comments and contributions will be moderated, however, this is to safeguard against the possibility of objectionable language or anything unnecessarily provocative etc. by those who may feel to take advantage of the forum for some reason. Genuine and sincere contributions by fellow believers who love and follow the Lord Jesus will always be very welcome, as will questions or inquiries from those who may be genuinely seeking clarification or answers to help them find faith in Christ.
